LAW6030 Constitutional Law I

This course introduces the structure of the U.S. Constitution and the powers, rights, and liberties it defines. Covered topics include judicial review; limitations on judicial power; nature of and separation of powers; federalism, including the Commerce Clause and the 10^th Amendment; state action; procedural and substantive due process; and equal protection. Prerequisite: None
