LAW8030 Advanced Externship: Non-Profit

Continuation of Externship I, which may be under the same or different practicing attorney. Under the supervision of a practicing attorney and faculty supervisor, students can engage in targeted learning on the lawyering skills of the non-profit legal affairs offices and organizations. Students improve on reflective learning and problem-solving skills, increase their substantive legal knowledge, and explore issues of professionalism and ethics through attending a classroom component. Field placement must be approved by the Associate Dean for Experiential Learning. Prerequisite: Externship I
