Intellectual Property Policy and Students
By enrolling in the University, the student gives the University a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to mark on, modify, and retain the student’s Intellectual Property (work) as may be required for course completion. The University will not have the right to use the Intellectual Property (work) in any other manner without the written consent of the student.
