COM 6100 Emerging Tech and Comm

Technology has changed not only how humans live but also the way we interact and communicate. The Emerging Tech and Communication course explores the way new technology evolves and shapes the methods of communication that we use on a daily basis. Students will learn how technology affects different types of communication, explore the importance of user experience (UX), and practice various kinds of technology-based communication. Human-computer interaction (HCI) and artificial intelligence (AI) will be discussed throughout this 7-week course.
