NUR 112 Leadership Practicum

Practical application opportunities for leadership and management roles in the professional setting are emphasized using the Roy Adaption Model. The student will focus on the management of patient care, administration of nursing services, and theoretical leadership. Relevance of using nursing, other leadership models, and legislative processes are utilized in evaluating current standards of practice and implementation of practice change in diverse clinical settings.
