These class means and distributions apply to graded students in the upper level required and elective doctrinal course subjects, including Advanced Legal Analysis, Agency & Partnership, Constitutional Criminal Procedure, Constitutional Law II, Corporations, Evidence, Family Law, Federal Income Tax, Professional Responsibility, Sales and Leases, Trusts and Estates, and third year elective exam courses.

Upper-Level Doctrinal Course Curve (21 or more students enrolled)

Required Class Mean:

3.00 – 3.50

A+ Grade Limit

One (1) Allowed

Required Distributions:

Minimum 20% = A+, A, A-

 

Minimum 7% =C-, D+, D, D-, F

Upper-Level Doctrinal Course Curve (11 – 20 students enrolled)

Required Class Mean:

3.00 – 3.50

A+ Grade Limit

One (1) Allowed

Required Distribution:

Minimum 20% = A+, A, A-

Recommended Distribution:

Minimum 7% =C-, D+, D, D-, F

Recommended Class Mean:
