STS 0156L Sterile Technique II Laboratory

This course is designed to give students hands-on learning while in a mock laboratory setting. Major topics demonstrated will be: handling drains and dressings; incisions, pouring and receiving medications and solutions; corrections of contaminations; handling, passing, disposing of sharps; labeling of medication; advanced care and handling of specimens.
