PSYC 340 Organizational Psychology

Introduction to the study of theories and applications of psychology in profit and not-for-profit organizations. Representative topics include understanding how ability personality perception motivation leadership and group dynamics affect productivity and worker satisfaction. Issues of fairness and accuracy of assessment will also be discussed. Emphasis is on practical and personal learning of the dynamics of the work environment.
