THEA 133 Tai Chi

Tai Chi Chuan is the study and practice of slow controlled movement, breathing, and realignment of the body. Sometimes referred to as standing yoga, Tai Chi Chuan has been practiced for centuries for its many benefits, including stress management, disease prevention, and increase in energy. Our focus in this class is on relaxation, gentle movement, and meditation.
