PHYS 267 Engineering Physics

An introduction to the field of engineering. Students who have completed either of the introductory sequences in physics are well prepared to apply that knowledge to a wide variety of subjects. Applications covered include static equilibrium elastic properties of materials vibrations thermodynamics thermal properties of matter fluids waves and sound DC circuits and AC circuits.
