PHIL 245 Philosophy of Religion

This course will address fundamental philosophical questions that concern religious belief and experience.  Course topics may include the existence of God; the nature, value, and justification of faith; the possibility and desirability of surviving bodily death; and the meaning of human life.  The course will focus on classic and contemporary philosophical, literary, and religious texts.
