CSP 60 Teaching and Learning in Diverse Contexts

This course focuses on understanding the multiple forms of diversity that exist in classroom and community contexts. Students will examine the sociocultural context of schools and the ways in which various approaches to teaching and learning intersect with student backgrounds. Students will also explore various approaches to teaching for social justice, as well as ways in which students and teachers works towards challenging educational inequity.
