CHE 130 Biochemical Methods
Experimental techniques in biochemistry. Chromatography, electrophoresis, and spectroscopic methods applied to the preparation and measurement of biochemical substances. Lecture, one hour laboratory, eight hours. Prerequisite: A grade of C or better in CHE 107.

Except where noted, a grade of C or better in prerequisite courses or consent of the department is required for any upper division Chemistry course.
