BIO 3 General Microbiology

This is an introductory microbiology course that will cover the basic principles of microbial growth and metabolism, cellular morphology and structure, taxonomy, pathogenicity, immunity, and control. Topics of focus include microorganisms as agents of disease and normal inhabitants of our environment. This course is primarily designed for pre-nursing students. Offered every semester.
