This program is designed to provide students with a broad foundation in mastering language skills and an understanding of the language arts, which will make them successful in their future careers.

Requirements

Students pursuing an English minor must complete seven core courses including one communications course to total 21 semester hours.

Students pursuing an English Education minor must complete seven core courses including one communications course to total 21 semester hours, plus five semester hours of secondary English methods courses.
