Provides experience in writing business plans, starting and/or taking over retail businesses, and refining business processes. Includes making business decisions, writing business processes, management planning, and developing processes for Roast Runners or other campus business ventures. This course may be repeated for credit.

Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
Apply business skills such as writing, editing, and applying business acumen to real work situations at Roast Runners or other campus ventures. Demonstrate successful use of business soft skills including positive communication, professional demeanor, and work ethic in a real-life working environment. Complete assigned tasks within an agreed upon time frame. Complete the 360 feedback model while participating on a team.
