Outcomes

Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
Articulate an understanding of key historical events in the 20th and 21st centuries including urbanization, industrialization, World Wars I and II, America's rise to global power, civil rights movements, the Cold War, and Globalization. Identify and investigate historical theses, evaluate information and its sources, and use appropriate reasoning to construct evidence-based arguments on historical issues. Construct an historical argument integrating both primary documents and secondary sources.
