Outcomes

Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
Analyze and rank four animals based on basic priority traits and correctly mark a standard placing card. Develop organized notes that accurately describe the evaluated livestock. Formulate a basic oral reasons speech that is organized in the standard format. Present an oral reasons speech without the aid of notes.
