ASL 101 American Sign Language I*

An introduction to American Sign Language (ASL) which includes the development of sign vocabulary, fingerspelling, and numbers, all at the beginner skill level. Also presents a brief history of ASL and an overview of Deaf culture. 

4 hours lecture, 1 hour laboratory.
