MED 7807 Creativity and Critical Thinking

The perspective of this course is that creativity and critical thinking are essential components of any gifted education program. Candidates will explore the nature of creativity, characteristics of highly creative people, and the importance of creativity for individual growth and development as well as for the overall health of schools and society. The course will examine ways to encourage creativity and critical thinking and ways to create challenging and nurturing learning environments.
