Minor in Visual Communication Design

A minor in visual communication design is available. Students explore design theory, design thinking methods, professional practices, design culture, and histories of art and design. Visual communication design courses encompass a variety of media and forms and include group work, client-based projects, print design, interactive development, and user experience design. All course prerequisites must be met to be eligible to take the selected course for a minor. Please see the chair of the Department of Art and Visual Communication Design for more information.
