PSY 191 Developmental Psychology

The scientific study of the changes that occur during the human lifespan from birth to death. Study will include the factors and influences that contribute to these changes over the stages of the life-span: prenatal, infancy, early childhood, middle childhood, adolescence, early adulthood, middle adulthood and senior adulthood. This course is recommended for students who wish to take an advanced psychology elective and for students in Nursing, and is required for all Occupational Therapy students. Students planning to take this course should consult an advisor in the Psychology Department.
