NUR 232 Nursing Process IIIB

The nursing process is applied to meeting the needs of adult patients with health problems related to the need for body defense and the respiratory component of gaseous transfer. Laboratory experiences are provided in the nursing laboratory and in acute care and other medical-surgical settings in the community.

Prerequisite

NUR 103 (if clinical calculations competency test not passed) NUR 106, NUR 111, NUR 113, NUR 141, NUR 142, ENG 101, ENG 102, BIO 110, BIO 111, CHM 105, PED (1), PSY 103 and current AHA Basic Life Support Health Care Provider certification
