MAT 209 Discrete Mathematics

Discrete mathematics is the study of mathematical structures that are fundamentally discrete rather than continuous. This course is a study of discrete mathematics with emphasis on applications. Topics considered include methods of proof, mathematical induction, logic, sets, relations, functions, number theory, Boolean algebra, and graph theory.
