GER 201 Intermediate German I

The first half of a one-year course in Intermediate German, including a systematic review of grammar and an overview of the culture and geography of German-speaking countries. Conversational situations such as shopping, traveling, attending school and holiday celebrations are covered as students examine the culture of these areas. This course is designed for intermediate-level students and for persons wishing to expand their skills in the language for general purposes, travel or language examinations.
