GER 101 Elementary German I

The first half of a one-year course in the German language, including an introduction to the Austrian, German and Swiss cultures. In addition to conversational and written German, the course content includes an overview of German grammar. This course is designed for the beginning student, but is also open to those who have had some previous study of German but need the review to raise their competence in the language to the intermediate level.
