ESL 038 Foundations of Language Skills I

This is an intensive course designed for students assessed at the Intermediate I level of English competency. The class is devoted to individually tailored learning activities and small group activities which concentrate on the foundations of language skills - grammar, sentence structure, pronunciation and listening. These skills are taught with the goal of giving students sufficient command of the language to move toward higher levels.
