CYB 130 Network Security

This course is an introduction to both physical and logical network security. Students will learn about current computer security issues and how to address them and also what steps are being taken to provide better security in the future. Topics include access control, authentication, hacking threats, communication security, cryptography, disaster recovery, WEP/WAP, and risk assessment. This course helps prepare students for the COMPTIA® Security+® certification exam.
