Drug Free Schools and Communities Act Amendments of 1989 (DFSCA)
SUNY Rockland Community College is committed to an educational environment free of alcohol and illegal drugs. Part 86 of the Drug Free Schools and Campuses regulations require that as a condition of receiving federal funds, an Institution of Higher Education (IHE) must certify that it has adopted and implemented a program to prevent the unlawful possession, use or distribution of illegal drugs and alcohol by students and employees.
