FIN 201 Entrepreneurial Finance

This course is designed specifically for anyone contemplating starting their own business and for those who already have done so. Topics covered include developing a business plan, choosing from the various types of organizations available, federal and state laws governing small businesses (including sales and payroll taxes), cash flow management, budgeting, the time value of money, accounts receivable and payable, basic accounting equation and financial statement analysis and internal control.
