Chapter 35 – Survivors’ and Dependents’ Educational Assistance
This program provides a monthly allowance to help pay the educational expenses of spouses and/or dependents of members of the Armed Forces who were or are permanently or completely disabled due to a service-connected cause, who are missing in action or who have been forcibly detained by a foreign nation for more than 90 days.
