PTN 0043 Pharmacy Practicum

This course provides the students the skills required to work as ambulatory and institutional pharmacy technicians. Students will work alongside pharmacists and practice skills such as entering patient information, prescription processing, preparing and delivering medication, billing insurance, and receiving drug orders through the hospital patient record system.
