PMT 0070 Welder Assistant 1: Oxyacetylene Cutting I

This introductory course covers the safe use of equipment, tools, and materials. Students will learn to identify metals as well as perform oxyacetylene welding and torch cutting. Students are also required to use a computer for research in the development of a written project. The project will be presented orally. Lab fee required.
