CGS 2304 Managing Information Technology

This course introduces students to processes and methodologies for managing information technology in a business or organizational setting. Topics include project management technology context, integration management, scope management, time management, cost management, quality management, human resource management, communication management, risk management, procurement management, decision making, team building, an overview of the systems life cycle, understanding business processes as they relate to IT, and recognizing emerging technologies.  Lab fee required.
