UEP 300 Environmental Law and Policy

This course analyzes the legal and policy framework for environmental protection and environmental justice.  The course covers the major environmental statutes, applicable civil rights laws, and the next wave of climate change litigation.  This course will also place environmental law and policy within the larger conversation around environmental protection and climate change.
