Dakota Nursing Program

Licensed Practical Nursing and Associate Degree Nursing programs are available on the Mayville State campus in collaboration with the Dakota Nursing Program and Lake Region State College. MSU provides the prerequisites for the nursing program. DNP graduates may seamlessly transfer into MSU’s online RN to BSN program.

Mayville State University's completely online RN-to-BSN program is for current RNs which offers flexibility and affordability for adult learners. If you have earned a nursing degree leading to RN licensure from a regionally accredited institution (nursing program accreditation not required), it is a smooth transition into the RN-to-BSN program.

The Bachelor of Science in Nursing (RN-BSN) program prepares licensed registered nurses for a career in the healthcare environment. Graduates of the RN-BSN program are prepared for expanded roles in healthcare that demand critical thinking, complex decision making, effective communication and professional leadership skills.
