Technical Support

The MSU Service Desk, located in Old Main 101, provides technical support for computers, computer networking, and interactive video services. The MSU Service Desk is available for phone and walk-in support approximately 8 hours per day, Monday-Friday. A North Dakota University System Help Desk (http://helpdesk.ndus.edu) provides additional phone support 24 hours a day, seven days per week, except holidays.
