CE 577 Earthquake Engineering

The objective of this course is to give students an overview of both the theory and the practice of earthquake engineering. The course deals with aspects of engineering seismology and earthquake structural engineering. Topics covered in the course include ground motion characterization, response spectra, and inelastic structural analysis.
