LLA 512 The Pedagogy of Literature PK-12

Study of a wide variety of children's and young adult literature PK-12. Selection, evaluation and use of children’s literature taking into account genre, international/multicultural, literary, artistic, and visual literacy considerations. Current issues and research-based methods in teaching diverse learning populations are addressed.
