LAW 250 The Legal and Ethical Environment of Business

Introduction to the legal and ethical environment of business, including a foundation in the legal system and ethics principles that affect enterprise-wide decision-making. Covers specific areas of business law including organization legal structure, contracts, business torts and product liability law, intellectual property, and technology and employment.  Ethical responsibility and reasoning are emphasized in class discussion.
