NRSE 505 Comparative Domestic Delivery Systems and Informatics

This course will examine the role of the nurse in using technology to deliver care, coordinate care across multiple settings, analyze outcome data to reduce risks, and enhance care outcomes.  Explore ways of communicating findings through other healthcare professionals, policy makers, the media and the public.  Educate others using technology and about the principles related to the safe and effective use of care and information technologies.

This course will be taken concurrent with NRSE 504, Emerging Best Practices & Research in Hospice & Palliative Care
