CRM 302 Hate Crimes

Formerly CRM 401.  Provides an historical and contemporary overview of hate crimes, hate speech, hate acts, and hate crimes legislation.  Focuses on case studies involving crimes against protected classes such as race, gender, religion, ethnicity, disability, and sexual orientation.  Students who have taken CRM 401 cannot take this course for credit.
