BBA 490 Internship in Business Analytics

This capstone course provides the student experience in an applied business analytics setting.  Students may work within an organization on either a full-time or part-time co-op or internship bases for a 14-week semester.  Alternatively, students may complete a comprehensive project based on prior coursework using an organization at which the student is currently employed or with which the student is familiar.  Through this experience the student has an opportunity to explore career interests.  At the same time the student gains a practical understanding of work in the industry, experience on the job, enhancement of skills learned in the classroom, and contacts with professionals in the business world.
