MHR 6006 The Chief Human Resource Officer

This one-credit graduate course provides an overview of the competencies required for effective Chief Human Resource Officers (CHRO) to meet the current and future needs of organizations. Students will explore methods to ensure that CHRO are strategic partners in meeting organizational objectives.
