PHYS 367 Mathematical Methods in Physics II

Survey of the elements of advanced mathematical ideas and techniques typically used in physics. Physical examples and intuition will be emphasized throughout. Topics covered will include rotations and tensor analysis; differential equations; calculus of residues; and special topics as time permits.
