PHYS 268 Engineering Materials

An introduction to the physics of materials used in a wide range of engineering applications.  As time permits topics will include the mechanical, elastic, thermal, electrical, magnetic, and environmental properties of metals, polymers, ceramics, glasses, composites, and "green" materials.
