CNT 150 Cisco Routing and Switching Essentials*

A study of the architecture, components, and operations of routers and switches in a small network. Students configure routers and switches for basic and advanced functionality, and troubleshoot and resolve common problems-in both IPv4 and IPv6 networks-with Routing Information Protocol (RIPv1 and RIPv2), single-area and multi-area Open Shortest Path First (OSPF), virtual local area networks (VLANs), and inter-VLAN routing. This is the second in a series of four courses in the Cisco Networking Technology (CNT) curriculum.
