DTL 6010 Universal Design in E-Learning

A review of instructional design process, practice, and program development efforts based on foundational theory and planning models. Particular focus is on adult learning and how e-learning instructional design practices facilitate effective learning.  The theoretical underpinnings of learning and Universal Design are explored and applied to the design of a prototype online course. Relevant technology tools are used to support the implementation of Universal Design principles.
