DTL 6000 Foundations of E-Learning Theory and Planning

An examination of the progression of e-learning, including a review of the historical context of e-learning relative to education and training systems.  Learning theories, pedagogical approaches, institutional implications, ethics and implementation are studied.  Various technical resources are used to facilitate the acquisition of the foundations relevant to today’s best practice in e-learning.
