CSP 25 Morality Policing: How the Law Regulates Sex, Drugs, and Everything Fun

Law and morality are often linked. Many laws are based on morals. We will critically examine the purpose and justification for the laws and how they work in society. Topics may include obscenity, profanity, prostitution, public nudity, drug use, birth control, and others. Readings will include statutes and court decisions, as well as other works relevant to the course topics.
